MOSCOW, Mar 2 (PRIME) -- The average price of the Urals oil blend, Russia’s key export, fell by about 17% on the year to U.S. $54.24 per barrel in February, as seen by PRIME in the materials of the Finance Ministry on Monday.
In January–February, the price fell to $58.13 from $61.76 in the same period of 2019.
In 2019, the price fell 9.17% to $63.59.
